Customer Service
If you have a Stalker product in need of service, please call
our Customer Service department (toll free) at 1-877-782-5537.
If you are outside of the United States or Canada, please dial
(972) 801-4807. A customer service representative will troubleshoot
the problem over the phone and determine which part of your
system will need to be serviced.
Radar and Laser Certification
Certifications can be sent to the factory or any of our authorized repair centers across the U.S. We recommend annual certification of our products. However, this is not a requirement. Many courts have upheld longer and shorter certification periods or no certification required unless a unit has failed. Please check with your local jurisdiction for polices or regulations.
Factory Turnaround Time
We strive to quickly repair and return our customer's products. In most cases repairs are completed within 7 days of receipt. For out of warranty service, a repair estimate is available upon request and all non-warranty repairs are 100% satisfaction guaranteed (parts and labor) for 90 days.
Factory Service Center
The factory service center is located at our main, production facility. This service center has access to all of the sophisticated testing equipment and anechoic chambers used in the manufacturing of Stalker products. For factory service, ship the product, freight paid and insured to:

• Your name, address, and telephone number(s)
• A detailed description of the symptom or problem
• The address where you want the unit returned
• If you need expedited return shipping, payment for air freight is required
• If the unit is not under warranty, indicate your method of payment
Authorized Service Centers
There are authorized service centers located throughout the United States. Some service centers may only service specific Stalker products. To have a Stalker product serviced at one of these service centers, please contact them directly prior to shipping your unit to their location.
